Use the Pomodoro Technique to stay focused. Work 25 minutes, take a 5-minute break, repeat. Beat procrastination.
The Pomodoro Technique was developed by Francesco Cirillo in the late 1980s. It breaks work into intervals (traditionally 25 minutes), separated by short breaks. After 4 "pomodoros," you take a longer break.
Research shows that working in focused bursts with regular breaks improves retention, reduces mental fatigue, and helps maintain consistent productivity over long study sessions โ especially useful before exams.
